Don't Replace....

THE PROCESS

Champion will conduct a free on site examination and submit a proposal.  Once you decide to refurbish Champion will begin as follows:

Refurbish!

  • Replace missing nuts and bolts
  • Re-anchor unstable lockers to wall
  • Prepare locker surface for proper adhesion using a liquid sanding process
  • Repaint on site and in place using an electrostatic painting process
  • Attach new number plates for a completely finished look

No fog and no mess.  The end result is a textured finish that is durable and scratch resistant.  You may also choose from a wide range of colors.

If you would like more detailed information regarding our refurbishing process please view the Locker Refurbishing Technical Specifications.

On Site Examination

Upon your request Champion will schedule an on site, thorough examination of your lockers so that we may accurately provide you with a proposal.  Once you decide to refurbish, your representative will schedule a convenient time with minimal disruption to your facilities daily activities.

Electrostatic Painting Process

Champion uses an electrostatic painting process to ensure maximum adhesion and durability at the same time eliminates wasteful overspray thereby decreasing paint cost and V.O.C. emmissions.

Textured Finish

The final result is a textured paint finish which is more durable and easier to maintain than your locker's original smooth surface.
